Sibusisiwe Jili started her career on the highly acclaimed South African drama Isibaya,starring as the role of Zanele, the cunning girlfriend of Qaphela Ngwenya played by Abdul Khoza. She went onto to star in the romance drama, Mina Nawe.
In 2019, Sibusisiwe left Isibaya, with her character Zanele being killed off the show. In 2020, She joined popular Mzansi Magic soapie The Queen playing the role of the bubbly policewoman Georgina Zulu.
