On successful completion of the programme, participants will receive:

- A recommendation letter prepared by their assigned coach

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a South African citizen
- No prior work experience in the same field
- Must be in their final year of study or have completed a Degree or National Certificate
- Final-year students must submit a letter of registration
- Academic average of 70% and above will be an added advantage
- Demonstrated commitment to public interest and societal impact
- Strong interpersonal, writing, and communication skills
- Proven analytical, research, and investigative abilities
- Computer literacy
- Evidence of achievements during academic studies
