Internship Remuneration
The City of Johannesburg provides different remuneration depending on the applicant’s academic status.
Applicants who have completed a qualification with a minimum of 360 credits:
R10,109.86 per month
Basic salary with no benefits.
Applicants who are currently enrolled as students:
R4,951.88 per month
Basic salary with no benefits.
Applicants should therefore note that the monthly amount depends on whether they have completed the qualifying academic programme or are still enrolled.
