Optimum Coal offers internships opportunities to unemployed graduates for the academic year 2017 in Sotuh Adrica. Graduates will receive a monthly stipend during their placement. The company is looking for young female graduates who have recently graduated to learn and aquire workplace experience in the mining sector.

- Mining- B Tech, BSC in Mining Engineering
- Finance- B Tech, BCom
- Engineering- B Tech, BSC Eng or Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
- Coal Processing – B Tech, BSC in Chemical or Metallurgical Engineering
- Be South African citizens
- Be between the ages of 19-29 years old
