Nampak, in partnership with Optimum Learning Technologies, invites unemployed South African youth to apply for the Trainee Production Operator Learnership Programme 2025. This 12-month programme offers an NQF Level 3 Occupational Certificate in Production Operation and workplace training at Nampak Metals Springs, starting 1 October 2025.

Programme Overview
Successful applicants will receive technical training and complete workplace integration in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Duties include rotating between roles to gain skills, shadowing experienced staff, and ensuring adherence to safety and plant regulations.
Minimum Requirements
- South African Citizenship
- Passed Grade 12 with Mathematics, Physical Science (40%+), and English
- National Technical Certificate (advantageous)
- Unemployed (18.2)
- Basic Computer Literacy
- Reside within 50km of Nampak Springs
- Strong technical aptitude
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
