Purpose of the Learnership
The Learnership enables participants to:
- Gain theoretical and practical training aligned to the NQF Learnership programme
- Develop essential entry-level office and administrative skills
- Provide administrative support to managers and department teams
- Build confidence, professionalism, and workplace readiness
Learners will be part of PSR: Group Rewards & Human Capital Solutions.
Learnership Programme Structure
The 12-month programme includes:
Theoretical Component (Classroom Training)
Learners will study core business and foundational skills such as:
- Entrepreneurship
- Business Operations
- Customer Service
- Business Accounting
- Maths Literacy
- Communication Skills
- Computer Skills
Practical Component (On-Site Work Experience)
Learners will:
- Provide administrative support to managers and teams
- Assist with documentation, filing, and general office duties
- Contribute to efficient departmental operations
- Gain real-world exposure in a professional corporate environment
Minimum Requirements
Formal Education
- Matric / Grade 12
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree will be advantageous
Experience
- 0–1 year work experience (entry-level friendly)
