✔ PC hardware, software, and connectivity support
✔ Coordinating computer repairs and software maintenance
✔ Documentation, administration, and security compliance
✔ Adhering to SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality) responsibilities
Eligibility Requirements
🎓 Qualifications & Certifications
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Minimum A+ and N+ certification
- Strong technical skills in:
- Windows Desktop & Server
- Active Directory
- MS Exchange & Office
- Network & Security
- Printer support
🛠 Additional Skills & Experience
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Customer-focused with a can-do attitude
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Experience in Managed Services & Cloud Solutions (advantageous)
- Valid driver’s license required
