Rand Water invites South African unemployed graduates to apply for its Graduate Development Programme 2025.

This opportunity is aimed at empowering young, previously disadvantaged individuals with practical experience and professional exposure aligned with their academic qualifications.
Available Graduate Development Programmes:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration
- Bachelor’s Degree in Governance
- LLB (Bachelor of Laws) x 2
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design
- Bachelor’s Degree in Animation
- Bachelor’s Degree in Regional Town Planning
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Management
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must be under the age of 35
- Must have completed Matric and a relevant bachelor’s degree in one of the listed fields
- Must not have participated in any graduate or internship programme before
- Preference will be given to African, Coloured and Indian (ACI) individuals
Required Documents:
- Comprehensive Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Certified copy of South African ID
- Certified copy of Matric Certificate and most recent academic record
- Certified copies of all completed qualifications
