Position Details
- Position: Compliance Administrator x3
- Contract Duration: 6 months
- Stipend: R12,952.59 per month (Total Cost to Company)
Purpose of the Position
The Compliance Administrators will:
- Process and assess data received from sheriffs and third parties.
- Ensure compliance with the Sheriffs Act 90 of 1986.
- Manage and update compliance-related databases.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on legal obligations.
- Provide administrative support to the Risk & Compliance Department.
Key Performance Areas
- Processing legal obligations data.
- Reviewing compliance submissions.
- Communication with sheriffs and stakeholders.
- General administrative duties related to legal compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric Certificate)
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Recommended Qualification
- A 3-year Degree or Diploma in Office/Business Management, Administration, or related fields will be advantageous.
