Internship Opportunity: Safety, Health & Environment (X1 Post)
Minimum Qualifications:
- National Diploma in Safety Management / Environmental Management (Essential)
- BA Disaster & Safety Management (Desirable)
- Minimum 60% average pass mark
Duration: 12 months
Programme Purpose:
- To gain practical experience in the Safety Department
- Exposure to administrative processes and performance assessments
- Support safety initiatives and compliance reviews
Graduate Opportunity: Human Resources Management (X1 Post)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Advanced Diploma, BA Degree, or BCom Degree in Human Resources Management (Essential)
- Minimum 60% average pass mark
Duration: 18 months
Programme Purpose:
- Gain structured workplace experience in the Human Resources Department
- Focus on HR Operations
- Participate in process improvement and administrative duties
Behavioural Competencies Required:
- Self-awareness and adaptability
- Stress tolerance and resilience
- Integrity, collaboration, and problem-solving
- Good communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
- Computer literacy and good telephone etiquette
- Initiative and results-driven mindset
General Requirements:
- Under 28 years old
- Must not have participated in any previous internship or graduate programme
- Must have no outstanding tuition fees
- South African citizens only
- No criminal record
