About the Engineering Learnership Programme
The learnership provides:
- Technical Training: Theory classes on engineering principles, safety, and tool usage.
- Practical Work Experience: Equipment maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs under supervision.
- Workshop & Site Activities: Standard operating procedures, safe workstations, assembly, fabrication, and component testing.
- Safety Compliance: Health, safety, and environmental regulations, PPE use, and hazard reporting.
- Learning & Development: Assignments, assessments, logbook entries, training sessions, and reviews.

Apprentice Boilermaker

General Requirements
- South African citizen or valid work/study permit
- Between 18 and 35 years old
- Strong interest in engineering and technical work
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Physically fit for industrial environments
