iMas Insurance Brokers, an authorised financial services provider offering financing and insurance solutions, is inviting applications from unemployed South Africans from previously disadvantaged and designated groups to participate in the Long-Term Insurance (Life) Learnership Programme.

Duration: 12 Months (Fixed-term contract)
Monthly Allowance: R5,000
Location: Secunda (Mpumalanga), Centurion (Gauteng), and Boksburg (Gauteng)
About the Learnership
The programme provides a combination of structured theoretical training and practical on-the-job experience in the Sales and/or Administration departments within the Long-Term Insurance sector. Upon successful completion, learners will achieve an Insurance Full Qualification at NQF Level 4.
Key Learnership Outputs
Learners will gain skills and experience in:
- Basic research tasks and applying literacy and numeracy skills to insurance risk assessment
- Managing personal finances and understanding financial risks
- Applying legislative, ethical, and compliance knowledge in an insurance environment
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 with Mathematics and/or Accounting
- Currently unemployed
- Not registered for any other studies
- Available to start on 1 September 2025
