Tracker invites unemployed South African youth to apply for the Business Administration Services Learnership Programme 2025. This 12-month learnership is designed to provide both theoretical training and practical workplace experience in administration and customer engagement.

About the Learnership
The programme aligns with the Further Education and Training Certificate: Business Administration Services (SAQA ID 61595) and aims to develop learners into competent professionals within business administration, call centre, and telesales environments.
25 learners will be placed in the following Tracker departments:
- Customer Engagement
- Acquisitions & Scheduling
Duties & Responsibilities
As part of the learnership, participants will:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and data capturing.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Manage communication via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Provide customer service support to Tracker clients.
- Answer incoming calls and resolve queries according to SOP and company standards.
- Accurately capture and update client information.
- Maintain customer service standards in a high-pressure environment.
- Follow up on outstanding queries.
- Provide first-line technical support for Tracker units.
- Adhere to telephony schedules and SLAs.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as required.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- South African citizen, aged 18–35, with a valid ID and no criminal record.
- Matric certificate with:
- English (Level 4/D symbol)
- Mathematics or Maths Literacy (Level 3/E symbol)
- Currently unemployed and not studying.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Professional attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups in line with Tracker’s policies.
