About the Role
The role of Intern Agent is to represent Pam Golding Properties in all aspects of marketing and selling residential properties. Intern Agents will be mentored by full-status agents to build their skills and confidence in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Listing, marketing, and selling residential properties.
- Determining clients’ needs and financial abilities.
- Promoting sales through advertising and show houses.
- Completing mandate documents and agreements.
- Performing comparative market analysis for property valuations.
- Networking with attorneys and mortgage originators.
- Staying up to date with property laws, negotiations, and real estate processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Must live in the Milnerton area of Cape Town.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Own laptop.
- Matric qualification.
- Willingness to enrol and pay for PPRA FFC and NQF4 qualification (as required by regulations).
- Financial ability to support yourself for the first few months until commission is earned.
