Stipend: R100 000 per annum (all-inclusive)
Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Matric (Grade 12).
- BCom Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or Supply Chain Management (SCM) OR
- National Diploma in Commerce, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or SCM.
- Computer literacy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Note: No prior experience is required – making this the perfect entry-level opportunity for graduates.
Key Competencies & Performance Areas
As a Financial Intern, you will work under the guidance of the Chief Financial Officer and gain exposure to:
- Assisting in VAT reconciliation.
- Contributing to monthly and annual financial statements.
- Financial and performance reporting.
- Revenue and expenditure management.
- Supply chain and procurement management.
- Developing and implementing financial and budget policies.
- Performing tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Preference
- Preference will be given to local residents of the uPhongolo community.
