Learnership Overview
The BTT Chemical Operations Learnership is designed to equip learners with practical workplace skills and on-the-job training in a chemical plant environment. Learners will gain valuable experience to help them integrate seamlessly into the workplace.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this learnership, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Matric/Grade 12 (Maths and Physical Science preferred)
- Valid South African Identity Document (SA Citizen)
- Completed Chemical Operations NQF Level 1 and 2
- Ability to work in a chemical plant environment
- Willingness to learn with a positive attitude
Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive practical skills training to support workplace integration.
- Gain on-the-job experience in a chemical operations environment.
- Learn to work in a logical and organised manner.
- Practice good workplace ethics, teamwork, and communication skills.
