About the Learnership Programme

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
- Completed Grade 12 (Matric)
- Mathematics 40% OR Mathematical Literacy 60%
- English and one other South African language with a minimum of 50%
- Be unemployed
- Be a South African citizen aged 18–30 years
- Reside in Gauteng Province
- Available for the full 12-month programme
- Not studying (part-time or full-time) during the learnership
- Must not have completed the same learnership previously
- Able to commute to the workplace independently

Duties and Responsibilities
Successful learners will be required to:
- Attend classroom training and practical on-the-job learning
- Gain knowledge of Momentum Health products, systems, and processes
- Complete workplace logbooks and assessments
- Compile a Portfolio of Evidence for SETA submission
- Participate in formative and summative assessments
- Conduct themselves professionally in line with Momentum Group values
- Pass the EISA examination
