Learners will receive hands-on training inside a busy call centre environment and be mentored to become IT Support Technicians.

What is this learnership about?
This is not just classroom training. The programme offers real, practical job experience, including:

Minimum requirements
To apply, you must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12
- IT / CAT / Computer Programming: minimum 60%, OR
- Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy: minimum 60%
- Currently unemployed
- Available full-time for 12 months
- Good computer skills and basic IT understanding
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
Advantageous (not required)
- Interest in IT, networking, or telecommunications
- Problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to work shifts
- Residing in Tzaneen or willing to relocate
