South African unemployed youth, particularly those in Mpumalanga and surrounding communities, are invited to apply for a 12-month National Certificate: Water & Wastewater Process Control Learnership (SAQA ID 60190). This programme is funded by the Energy & Water Sector Education and Training Authority (EWSETA) and implemented by Leadership in Water Innovation (LWI) in partnership with Thembisile Hani Local Municipality.

What you will learn (competencies)
This qualification combines theory and hands-on workplace exposure across the following areas:

Minimum requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- South African citizen
- Currently unemployed
- Preferably reside in or near Thembisile Hani Local Municipality
- Completed Matric (Grade 12) (Mathematics or Physical Science is advantageous but not compulsory)
- Willingness to learn technical skills
- Prepared for both theory and practical workplace exposure
- Able to commit to the full 12-month programme
