Value Group invites South African unemployed youth to apply for the Occupational Certificate in Supply Chain Practitioner (NQF Level 5) Unemployed Learnership Programme 2026/2027.

About the Unemployed Learnership Programme
The Unemployed Learnership Programme leads to an Occupational Certificate in Supply Chain Practitioner (NQF Level 5). The programme combines classroom-based learning with hands-on workplace exposure, preparing learners for operational roles within the logistics and supply chain environment.
Learners will receive formal training, practical experience in real operational settings, and a monthly stipend to assist with travel costs.

Learnership Structure
The programme is structured as follows:
- Classroom Training: One week per month (theoretical and practical learning)
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 17:00 (overtime may be required)
- Workplace Experience: Exposure within an operational logistics environment
- Assessment: EISA written examination at the end of the programme
- Stipend: Monthly stipend provided to assist with travel
Minimum Requirements
To qualify, applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
- Age: Between 21 and 29 years
- Education: Matric Certificate with a minimum 50% pass rate
- Must be unemployed
- Willingness to commit to the full 12-month programme
Recruitment and Selection Process
The selection process will include:
- Face-to-face panel interview at the relevant regional site
- Literacy and numeracy assessment
- Criminal background check
Meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee selection.
