Minimum Requirements (Who Can Apply?)

Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Service Delivery

  • Handle all inbound and outbound customer interactions
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints through relevant stakeholders
  • Capture and confirm customer orders

Order Management

  • Capture orders accurately and on time according to daily call lists
  • Inform customers of accounts on hold
  • Confirm orders according to standard operating procedures
  • Communicate order-related issues to relevant stakeholders

Sales Support

  • Sell Clover and Principal products according to customer ranging
  • Offer new or additional products, including features and promotions

Teamwork and Collaboration

  • Support team members to achieve shared goals
  • Participate in team meetings
  • Share responsibility for results
  • Assist with visual management of information
