About the Contact Centre Learnership Programme
This 9–12 month learnership is designed to develop core competencies in:
- Contact centre operations
- Customer engagement

Learners will gain real-world experience while completing formal, accredited training aligned with industry standards.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Education:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- South African citizen
- Updated CV
- Must not have participated in a learnership for the same qualification
- Strong communication skills
- Relevant post-Matric qualification (advantageous but not mandatory)
Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong listening and verbal communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Basic computer literacy
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Professional attitude and reliability
