About the ARMSCOR Talent and Development Programme
The ARMSCOR Talent and Development Programme (TDP) is designed to provide graduates with structured educational activities and meaningful workplace exposure.
The purpose of the programme is to improve job performance by equipping graduates with practical knowledge, industry skills, and professional competencies needed in the working environment.
This programme offers on-the-job training and structured development over a 24-month fixed-term contract.
Fields of Study Required
ARMSCOR is accepting applications from graduates with the following qualifications:
- Diploma / BEng Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering
- Diploma / BSc Eng Electronics / Electrical Engineering
- Diploma / BSc Eng Electrical Engineering
- BSc Geoinformatics / Geospatial
- Diploma / BSc Computer Science / Information Technology / Artificial Intelligence / Software Engineering / Development
Experience Requirements
- No experience required
- On-the-job training will be provided
This makes the programme ideal for newly qualified graduates seeking professional exposure.
Applicant Criteria
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be South African citizens
- Be willing to relocate
- Not be older than 35 years
- Have a clear criminal record

Shortlisted candidates will be subjected to reference checking, personal data verification, and security clearance as part of the selection process.
A market-related monthly stipend based on the level of qualification will be paid.
