Andru Mining is offering the following learnership opportunities:
1. 5 × Blasting Assistants
2. 5 × ADT Operators
These learnerships are aimed at upskilling individuals from local communities and preparing them for future opportunities within the mining industry.
Blasting Assistants – Requirements
Applicants must:
- Have Grade 12 (Std 10) or equivalent qualification
- Be able to obtain a Certificate of Fitness (Red Ticket)
- Be local residents from affected communities or surrounding farms (verification required)
- Have good communication skills and business understanding
- Be willing to undergo training during various shifts
Advantageous:
- Valid driver’s licence
ADT Operators – Requirements
Applicants must:
- Have Grade 12 (Std 10) or equivalent qualification
- Possess a valid driver’s licence (Compulsory)
- Be able to obtain a Certificate of Fitness (Red Ticket)
- Be able to pass a Dover test
- Be local residents from affected communities or surrounding farms (verification required)
- Have good communication skills and business understanding
- Be willing to undergo training during various shifts
Advantageous:
- Previous operating licences and certificates
