The Junior Learner will:

Key Responsibilities
Workplace Experience
- Attend and actively participate in all workplace learning sessions.
- Complete tasks aligned with development objectives.
Learning & Development
- Participate in all training interventions.
- Apply newly acquired knowledge in practical scenarios.
Customer & Team Support
- Provide support to customers as required.
- Assist team members to ensure overall team performance.
Administration
- Complete administrative duties.
- Track and report on assigned tasks and learning progress.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: GET Certificate in Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required).
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a corporate environment.
- Ability to work in a team-based call centre environment.
