Eskom is offering five (5) Hospitality Learner positions at the Eskom Academy of Learning in Midrand. The programme provides an opportunity for graduates with hospitality or catering qualifications to gain practical workplace experience in kitchen operations, catering services, and hospitality management.
Participants will assist the Executive Chef and the hospitality team in the daily operations of the kitchen while learning administrative and operational aspects of professional catering services.

Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will assist with the following duties:
- Prepare and produce food for hospitality services
- Assist with kitchen operations and food preparation
- Control and monitor stock levels
- Perform administrative duties within the hospitality department
- Implement International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) standards
- Provide customer service in hospitality operations
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Qualification
- National Diploma / National N Diploma in:
- Catering Management
- Hospitality and Catering Services
- Hotel School Qualification
The qualification must be NQF Level 6 with at least 240 credits.
Experience
- No work experience required
