Internship Overview
The Graduate Learner – Marketing & Communication will support the communication and marketing activities within the Advice & Investments portfolio.
The intern will help develop and implement communication initiatives aimed at improving advisor engagement and customer understanding of financial services and investment solutions.
This role is ideal for graduates who are proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about communication and marketing in the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing communication plans supporting Advice & Investments initiatives.
- Support internal communication to advisors and frontline teams through clear messaging.
- Assist with stakeholder engagement and coordination of approvals.
Marketing Support
- Assist with the rollout of marketing initiatives within the Advice & Investments portfolio.
- Support content development, including copywriting and research for campaigns.
- Maintain campaign and content calendars and coordinate across teams.
Administrative and Project Support
- Track communication requests, timelines, and deliverables.
- Assist in preparing reports, meeting notes, and status updates.
- Support procurement processes and vendor management documentation.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must be unemployed
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:
- Marketing
- Communication / Corporate Communication
- Media Studies
- Public Relations
- Journalism
- Or a related discipline
Required Skills and Attributes
The ideal candidate should demonstrate:
