About the SACAA Aviation Scholarship Programme 2026

The South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA), in partnership with the Civil Aviation Flight University of China (CAFUC), is offering an international scholarship programme for students who want to pursue careers in aviation.

This programme provides an opportunity to study aviation-related qualifications in China starting September 2026, helping to develop critical skills needed in South Africa’s aviation sector.

Air Transport – Flight Dispatch

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Be a South African citizen
  • Have a minimum matric average of 60%
  • Achieve:
    • Mathematics Level 6
    • Physical Science Level 6
    • English Level 5
  • Be willing to relocate to China from September 2026
  • Demonstrate strong academic ability and interest in aviation
