About the Programme
The MANCOSA Graduate Internship Programme offers graduates the opportunity to gain valuable workplace experience across different industries.
The programme is hosted in partnership with organisations such as:

- Lancaster Media
- MANCOSA support divisions
Internships run for 12 months and are designed to help graduates transition from academic studies into professional careers.
Available Internship Streams
Graduates can apply for multiple streams depending on their qualifications:
1. Admin Intern – Cape Town
- Field: Administration / Human Resources
- No experience required
- Ideal for careers in office administration and HR support
2. Finance Intern – Boksburg (Atlas Copco)
Qualifications:
- Finance
- Accounting
- Economics
Key Exposure:
- Financial reporting
- Budgeting and auditing
- Accounts and reconciliations
3. HR Intern – Boksburg (Atlas Copco)
Qualifications:
- Human Resources or related
Key Exposure:
- HR administration
- Employee records
- Recruitment and onboarding
4. Graphic Designer Intern – Durban (Lancaster Media)
Qualifications:
- Graphic Design
- Digital Marketing
- Visual Communication
Requirements:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe InDesign
5. Marketing Intern – Durban (Lancaster Media)
Qualifications:
- Marketing or related
Key Exposure:
- Campaign planning
- Social media coordination
- Event support and research
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
- Hold a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
- Have strong communication skills
- Be computer literate
