About the Internship Programme
This Graduate Internship is an entry-level opportunity designed to provide recent graduates with practical experience in Industrial Relations (IR) within a large corporate environment.
You will work under experienced professionals, gaining exposure to:

Purpose of the Role
The programme aims to:

Key Responsibilities
Labour Relations Coordination
- Assist with scheduling IR meetings, hearings, and consultations
- Prepare and organise case documentation
- Maintain case logs and records
- Conduct research on labour laws and IR trends
- Support IR training sessions and workshops
Administration and Support
- Capture, file, and maintain IR records
- Assist with IR-related queries
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
- Ensure accurate data management
Reporting and Data Analysis
- Support collection and analysis of employee data
- Assist in compiling IR reports
- Monitor administrative costs where required
Governance and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labour legislation and company policies
- Support POPIA-compliant data handling
- Identify risks in IR processes and escalate issues
Team and Development
- Participate in team activities and learning programmes
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Contribute to a collaborative work environment
- Support process improvements and innovation
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in:
- Human Resources
- Industrial Relations
- Labour Law
- Related field
Experience (Advantageous):
- Exposure to HR or IR environments
- Basic understanding of labour legislation
- Knowledge of employee relations practices
