Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will:
- Assist with ICT support queries across offices and digital centres
- Support project and procurement documentation (Terms of Reference – TOR)
- Assist Supply Chain Management with ICT-related queries
- Perform general ICT administration tasks
- Support stakeholder engagement activities
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Diploma (NQF Level 6) in ICT or related field
- ICT helpdesk experience/exposure
- Valid driver’s licence

- NQF Level 7 qualification
- A+ Certification
- N+ Certification
- MCSE Certification
