About the Ericsson Learnership Programme
Ericsson is offering a 12-month Telecommunication Network Operations Learnership Programme aimed at providing young people with practical experience and technical skills within the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities
Learners will assist with:
- Climbing communication towers and ladders
- Installing antennas, microwave dishes, and communication equipment
- Installing and repairing fibre optic, coaxial, and power cables
- Conducting maintenance, audits, and repairs
- Assisting with telecommunication tower construction
- Applying workplace health and safety standards
- Supporting team leaders during field operations
