About the Tenacity Call Centre Learnership 2026

Tenacity is offering a 13-month Learnership Programme that combines classroom-based learning with practical workplace experience in customer services.

Successful learners will work within the Customer Services team while studying towards a nationally recognised qualification in:

  • Micro Finance (NQF Level 4)

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Have Grade 12 / Matric
  • Be between 18 and 30 years old
  • Be unemployed
  • Have little or no work experience
  • Not currently be studying full-time or part-time
  • Not have participated in another learnership within the past 12 months
  • Be willing to work shifts and weekends
