Requirements
Applicants must have Matric plus an undergraduate qualification at NQF Level 6 in Public Administration or a related qualification recognised by SAQA.
A National Certificate in Community Development will serve as an added advantage.
Applicants must have at least 1 year of relevant experience and a valid driverโs licence. The driverโs licence requirement excludes persons with disabilities.
Knowledge and Competencies
Applicants should have sound and in-depth knowledge of relevant prescripts, Batho Pele principles, the Public Service Act, community dynamics, culture and the language of the target community.
The following skills will also be required:

Verbal and written communication skills
Interpersonal skills
Duties
Successful candidates will be responsible for compiling ward profiles, identifying service delivery cases, identifying community concerns and conducting household visits.
