About the SACE Internship Programme 2026
The South African Council for Educators (SACE) is looking for committed graduates who have completed their studies at institutions of higher learning, as well as students who require experiential training to obtain their qualifications.
The internship programme will run for a period of 18 months. Successful applicants will be required to sign a contract with SACE for the duration of the internship.
Applicants must be unemployed, South African citizens, 35 years of age or younger, and must not have previously participated in an internship programme.
Internship Stipend
Successful interns will receive a monthly stipend according to their NQF level:
- NQF Level 6: R5 000 per month
- NQF Level 7: R6 500 per month
- NQF Level 8: R7 500 per month

- Must be South African citizens

- Must be willing to sign an 18-month internship contract with SACE
