About Road Accident Fund Internships 2026
The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is inviting applications for the Customer Experience Centre Internship Programme 2026.
The internship programme is aimed at unemployed graduates between the ages of 18 and 25 who want to gain work-based experience.
The programme will run for a period of 18 months.

Purpose of the Internship
The Road Accident Fund is committed to youth skills development by providing graduates with an opportunity to gain workplace experience.
Successful interns will gain exposure within the Customer Experience Centre environment and support claims-related administration and service delivery processes.
Work-Based Exposure
Successful candidates may gain exposure to the following areas:
Consultation
Interns may assist with:
- Managing queries
- Providing information to claimants
- Facilitating the signing of offers from the region
- Attending outreach events where required
Onboarding
Interns may assist with:
- Registration of new claims
- Verification and validation of new claims
Merits
Interns may assist with:
- Assessing the nature of accidents in claims
- Establishing the RAFโs liability
General Administration
Interns may also assist with:
- General office administration
- Filing
- Data capturing
- Claims administration processes
Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants must submit the following:
- Certified copy of Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- B Degree / Diploma / NQF Level 7 qualification
- Certified copy of South African ID
- Certified copy of academic transcript
- Curriculum Vitae
- Motivational letter

Remuneration
Interns will receive a monthly stipend.
