About Goldfields TVET College ETDP-SETA Internships 2026
Goldfields TVET College is inviting applications for the ETDP-SETA Internship / Work Integrated Learning Programme 2026.
The programme is aimed at unemployed South African graduates who have never participated in any Internship or Work Integrated Learning (WIL) programme before.
Successful applicants will gain practical workplace experience in different areas while receiving a monthly stipend during the placement period.

Available Internship Opportunities
The following internship opportunities are available:
1. Junior Research Officer: X1 Post
Applicants must have a recognised Bachelorโs Degree in:
- Economics
- Social Sciences
- Education
- Relevant qualification with majors in Research
Applicants should also have knowledge of various research methodologies.
This opportunity is suitable for graduates interested in research, policy development, education planning and data analysis.
2. Website Development Officer: X1 Post
Applicants must have a recognised Diploma or Degree in:
- Information Technology
- Computer Science
Applicants should have knowledge of:
- HTML5
- CSS3
- JavaScript
- Web development
- Database design
- Website maintenance
- Website hosting
This internship is suitable for graduates who want to build careers in software development, web development and digital technologies.
3. Occupational Health and Safety Officer: X1 Post
Applicants must have a recognised Diploma or Degree in:
- Health and Safety Management
Successful candidates will gain practical experience in workplace safety systems, compliance and occupational health and safety support.
4. Junior IT Officer: X1 Post
Applicants must have a recognised Diploma or Degree in:
- Information Technology
- Computer Science
This internship will provide hands-on exposure to ICT support, systems administration and technology services within an educational institution.
5. SCM / Provisioning Clerk: X1 Post
Applicants must have a recognised Diploma or Degree in:
- Accounting
- Supply Chain Management
- Asset Management
- Logistics
- Procurement
This internship provides exposure to procurement processes, inventory management, asset management and public sector supply chain operations.
Monthly Stipend
All successful participants will receive a monthly stipend for the duration of the placement.
