ICASA Graduate Development Programme 2026/27
The ICASA Graduate Development Programme is a 24-month intensive development programme that combines practical workplace experience with theoretical training.
Successful graduates will receive support from coaches, ongoing performance reviews and career guidance throughout the programme.
The programme is aimed at developing graduates who are interested in careers within South Africa’s information and communications technology regulatory environment.

The successful candidate will spend the first month of the programme in Gauteng before moving to the Free State for the remaining 23 months.

Important Relocation Information
Graduates appointed to the Free State and Limpopo programmes will spend:
- One month in Gauteng; and
- 23 months in the province of appointment.
