Administrative Clerk Duties
Successful candidates will be responsible for administrative and client-service duties relating to water-use registration.
Responsibilities include:
- Issuing relevant registration forms to users.
- Assisting users to complete application forms.
- Checking whether application forms have been completed correctly.
- Capturing application forms for new users.
- Updating information relating to registered users following approved outcomes.
- Generating confirmation documents.
- Preparing registration certificates for approval.
- Copying and sending registration certificates to registered users.
- Keeping records of correspondence received from clients.
- Filing decision documents in official property files.
- Performing help-desk functions.
Client Service Responsibilities
The role requires regular interaction with clients who need assistance with water-use registration processes.
Successful candidates will assist users with:
- Registration forms.
- Application completion.
- Registration queries.
- Confirmation documentation.
- Registration certificates.
- General help-desk enquiries.
