Duties and Responsibilities

Learners may be required to:

  • Complete all theoretical learning.
  • Complete administrative and reporting duties on time.
  • Collate documents.
  • Compile documents.
  • Distribute documents according to required standards.
  • Attend to client queries professionally.
  • Support delivery of a positive client experience.
  • Assist with meeting client service-level agreements.
  • Screen and route queries to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Assist with resolving client queries.
  • Maintain appropriate office housekeeping standards.
