Gert Sibande TVET College, in partnership with the Education, Training and Development Practices Sector Education and Training Authority (ETDP SETA), invites suitably qualified unemployed graduates to apply for the Graduate Internship Programme 2026.

Gert Sibande TVET College is offering five graduate internship opportunities through a partnership with ETDP SETA.

The programme will run for:

24 months

Successful candidates will gain structured workplace experience at the College’s Central Office in Standerton.

Applicants must have a:

Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Supply Chain Management at NQF Level 7.

There are two opportunities available in the Supply Chain Management placement area.

Human Resource Graduate Internship โ€“ X1

Stipend: R6,000 per month

Applicants must have a:

National N Diploma or Diploma in Human Resource Management at NQF Level 6.

Fleet Department Graduate Internship โ€“ X1

Stipend: R6,000 per month

Applicants must have a:

National Diploma or National N Diploma in Fleet or Logistics Management at NQF Level 6.

Facilities Department Graduate Internship โ€“ X1

Duration: 24 months
Stipend: R6,000 per month

Applicants must have a:

National Diploma or National N Diploma in Civil Engineering at NQF Level 6.

Who Can Apply?

Applicants must:

  • Be between 18 and 35 years old.
  • Be unemployed.
  • Have the qualification required for the specific internship.
  • Be available for the full 24-month programme.
  • Be willing to participate in structured workplace learning and mentorship.
  • Meet applicable ETDP SETA programme requirements.
  • Apply only for opportunities relevant to their qualifications.
  • Be graduates from the Gert Sibande District area.

Skills and Competencies

Applicants should demonstrate good management, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and report-writing skills.

A valid driver’s licence will be advantageous.
