Vitality is offering a structured learnership opportunity that allows successful applicants to complete a nationally recognised NC: Wealth Management qualification at NQF Level 5 while gaining practical workplace experience in the financial services industry.
Learners will receive exposure to several areas of wealth management, including client servicing, claims administration, underwriting, life benefits, retirement funds and new business processes.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have Grade 12 with the following minimum results:
- Mathematics: Level 4 / 50%
- English: Level 4 / 50%
- Mathematical Literacy: Level 5 / 60%
- Second language: Level 4 / 50%
Applicants must also:
- Be between 18 and 30 years old.
- Not be engaged in post-Matric studies.
- Not be formally employed.
- Not have previously completed a learnership.
- Be South African by birth.
- Have effective written and verbal English communication skills.
- Have basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
An incomplete tertiary qualification in a financial field will be advantageous.
What the Learnership Covers
Successful learners will complete the NC: Wealth Management NQF Level 5 programme while gaining practical experience within the financial services environment.
Participants will be exposed to areas such as client servicing, claims, pre-sale underwriting, life benefits, retirement funds, funeral policies and new business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Learners will be expected to complete the required coursework and workplace learning activities while supporting day-to-day wealth management functions.
They may assist with customer enquiries, claims administration, underwriting processes, record keeping and other financial services activities.
Learners will also be expected to develop an understanding of financial products, industry regulations and customer service standards.
