Magalies Water External Bursary Programme 2027
Magalies Water is offering bursary opportunities as part of its youth development initiative.
The bursaries are aimed at young South Africans between the ages of 18 and 35 who are eligible to study at an accredited and registered South African institution of higher learning during the 2027 academic year.

Who Can Apply?
Applicants must be South African citizens between the ages of 18 and 35 years.
Bursaries are available to applicants who have achieved an average of at least 65% in Grade 12.
Applicants must also be eligible to study at an accredited and registered South African higher education institution in one of the advertised fields.
Selection Preference
Preference will be given to:
- Previously disadvantaged individuals.
- People with disabilities.
- Female applicants.
Applicants who meet the academic and eligibility requirements are encouraged to apply.
Required Application Documents
Applicants must prepare the following documents:
South African ID document
Grade 11 and Matric results, if currently in Matric
Matric certificate, if Matric has already been completed
Latest academic transcript or academic record on official institutional letterhead or bearing the institution’s logo, if already studying at tertiary level
Provisional acceptance letter from the university
The first four listed documents must be submitted as certified copies.
