About the BDO YES Internship Programme
BDO South Africa is offering three 12-month fixed-term internship opportunities within its Financial Services Advisory team through the Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme.
The programme is aimed at unemployed young South African graduates who want to gain practical workplace experience and develop professional skills within a leading professional services environment.
Successful candidates will work alongside experienced professionals while building their technical, administrative and workplace skills.
Qualifications Required
BDO is looking for graduates with degrees, diplomas or certificates in the following fields:
- Information Systems
- Computer Science
- Internal Audit
- Business Administration
- Compliance or regulatory-related studies
Internship Requirements
Applicants should:
- Be unemployed.
- Be available to start on 01 October 2026.
- Not have previously completed a YES internship.
- Have strong written communication skills.
- Be able to draft professional emails.
- Have intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Communicate clearly and confidently in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Have good administrative and organisational abilities.
