About the MiWay Client Services Internship
The MiWay Client Services Internship provides graduates with practical exposure to customer service operations, client relationship management and service excellence.
Successful interns will assist clients across various communication platforms while developing professional communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
- Have Matric / NQF Level 4.
- Have a relevant Diploma or Degree.
- Be between 18 and 35 years old.
- Be South African citizens.
- Be unemployed.
- Have less than 6 months of previous employment experience.
- Not have previously participated in an INSETA internship.
Duties and Responsibilities
Successful interns will be expected to:
- Respond to inbound customer enquiries.
