It focuses on understanding and managing compliance and regulatory mandates related to the logging and handling of formal disputes.

Outputs:

  1. Analyzing Queries: Reviewing incoming queries and providing responses accordingly. Accurately logging formal disputes while comprehensively understanding the subject matter and legal/regulatory aspects related to each dispute.
  2. Stakeholder Relationship Management: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Dispute Resolution Data Analysis: Analyzing data related to dispute resolution and contributing to the creation of reports on disputes, including root cause analysis reports.
  4. Internal Forum Support: Assisting in recording detailed minutes during formal internal forums to ensure accurate documentation of decisions and actions. This requires a deep understanding of complex subjects and relevant regulatory frameworks.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • NQF Level 6: A BCom Law or LLB qualification is essential for this role.
