Minimum Qualifications / Experience / Competencies:
- Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology/Human Resource Management (Essential)
- Driver’s License (Essential)
- Own Vehicle (Preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Analytical and action-oriented mindset
- Organizational resourcefulness
- Proficient administration abilities
- SDF Qualification (Advantageous)
