Constitutional and Property Law Graduate
Bachelor of Laws degree, or equivalent, with the following required core subjects from an accredited tertiary institution:
- Constitutional Law
- Constitutional Property Law
- Legal Research Methodology and knowledge of other related subjects in public law, amongst others:
- Property law
- Contract law
- Administrative law
Labour Law Graduate
Bachelor of Laws degree, or equivalent, with the following required core subjects from an accredited tertiary institution:
- South African Labour Law principles relating to the contract of employment
- Basic Conditions of Employment Act
- Employment Equity Act
- Unfair labour practices
- Law of dismissal
- Collective labour law
- Industrial action
