AmaZulu Football Club is offering an exciting internship opportunity for final-year students or recent graduates with a qualification in Video or a related field. This position provides valuable workplace experience in content creation and media production.
Responsibilities
- Operate video equipment and edit footage efficiently.
- Contribute to content creation for the club’s digital platforms, including website, YouTube, and social media.
- Capture and profile club events, youth structures, and academy programs.
- Perform photography tasks and related duties.
Skills and Requirements
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable interacting with football fans in a respectful and professional manner.
- Proactive and creative in suggesting new media opportunities for the club.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and proficiency in video/photo editing software.
- A portfolio of previous work (must be provided with your application).
- Knowledge of the Premier Soccer League, South African football trends, SAFA amateur structures, and social media best practices is a plus.
- Final-year students must provide proof of current registration confirming availability and commitment to the role in 2025.
