Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the Talent Requisition and Onboarding processes
- Support Career Development, BBBEE, and SOX Audit preparations
- Coordinate training administration and manage the Learnership Programme
- Help maintain accurate and confidential personnel records
- Support Compensation and Benefits administration
- Lead employee engagement and culture initiatives
- Assist in managing graduate programme activities
- Prepare and review HR metrics and reports
Minimum Requirements
- BCom Degree (Honours preferred) in:
- Human Resources
- Industrial Psychology
- Law
- Prior working experience is advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and numeracy skills
- Project management and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proactive, eager to learn, and results-driven
